DOVLEAC COPT


Reteta aceasta imi aduce aminte de copilarie, de zilele petrecute in vacanta de iarna la tara la bunici. Atunci ,chiar daca nu stateam decat 2-3 zile cat tinea taiatul porcilor in ajun de Ignat,in fiecare  seara bunica baga in gura sobei bucati de dovleac la copt…si ce gust minunat avea,ce  miros emana in toata camera …

de la placinta de dovleac facuta mai devreme am oprit 2 bucati, le-am asezat pe fiecare in folie de aluminiu, strangand la capete ,astfel incat la cuptor sa nu iasa aerul din folie. Se tin la copt 50 min, se servesc atata calde cat si reci.

 

deasemenea ,se poate servi alaturi de o cupa de inghetata.
