PIZZA


Nu este saptamana in care sa nu gatesc pizza, iar la noi in familie cea mai cautata este cea cu carne, bine-nteles.

aluat :

-400 gr faina

-1 plic drojdie uscata

-3 lg ulei masline

-apa calduta cat cuprinde

-un varf cutit sare

faina se pune intr-un castron ,se aduaga drojdia uscata ,se amesteca un pic ,se toarna si uleiul de masline iar apoi se framanta cu apa calduta pana se leaga compozitia.Se lasa la dospit pana isi dubleaza volumul.

umplutura :

-300 g carne tocata

-1-2 cepe

-ardei gras

-porumb boabe

-masline negre si verzi taiate felii

-cascaval ras

Blatul de pizza se pune in tava , se adauga suc de rosii, deasupra se pune carnea tocata calita un pic cu ceapa, sare , piper,cimbru.

peste stratul de carne tocata se adauga porumbul , ardeiul taiat fasii, maslinele ,iar la sfarsit cascavalul ras.

pizza se tine la cuptor 10 min .
